Hype Dog

I am about half way through my 15 day prop styling challenge – and I have learned a lot. As someone that is used to shooting in studio or on location with a photographer, gear and a whole team, I was not sure what to expect. I have used products that I love personally and have around the house. I mean come on I am not going to do free advertising for companies I don’t love.

So I set out everyday or should I say any day that I wasn’t busy with other tasks like painting a living room, kitchen and bedroom. Yes, I did move recently to LA from SD and really wanted a moody dark living room to relax in. Okay, my ADHD is veering to another topic since I love interior design so much (another passion). Anyways, I shot everything on my iPhone 13 pro and used photoshop on my phone to edit. I made use of only what was in the house to make it extra challenging and think it went pretty well. I am not a professional photographer but I do enjoy taking photos and was fun to do both styling and photographing although at times I wish I had more hands to help. My dogs paws did not help and they ended up mostly just sniffing everything out and giving me their stamp of approval. They are my hype dogs.

If you are a small business and want to send me a product, I would be more than happy to make some content for you as part of my styling challenge. I was originally only going to do 15 days but I am pushing it to 30 – so feel free to reach out!

Stay Wild
